The California Energy Investment Center (CEIC) was officially designated a regional center by the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) on August 11, 2009.
Geographic Scope
The CEIC identifies alternative energy EB-5 programs in California in the counties of: Merced, Madera, San Benito, Fresno, Kings, Tulare, Kern, San Bernardino, Riverside, Stanislaus, and Imperial.
EB-5 Visa Eligibility
Through this program, the business owner, his/her spouse, and unmarried children under the age of 21 can become eligible for an immigrant visa*.
