The EB-5 Genesis Project provided immigration investment opportunity for two hundred (200) EB-5 applicants ($100 Million in EB-5 capital). The EB-5 investment is being used to help fund one of the largest photovoltaic "PV" projects in the world. The project is an approximate 280 megawatt (“MW”) (gross) (250 MW (net) solar project on 1,726 acres in eastern Riverside County, California. The Genesis project had its official opening ceremony on April 24, 2014 in Riverside County, and is providing power to the California power grid.

The AE Project provided immigration investment opportunity for seventy (72) EB-5 applicants ($36 Million in EB-5 capital). This alternative fuels production facility is located in Keyes CA. The facility has been operating since April 24, 2011, and on July 10, 2012 AEA completed the merger and acquisition of the facility with the capacity to produce over 55 million gallons of alternative fuel per year.

The McCoy project provided immigration investment opportunity for two hundred (200) EB-5 applicants ($100 Million in EB-5 capital).
